Serving Ward 3 through leadership, community, and action.
Devetrion D. Caldwell brings more than a decade of public service to the people of Ward 3 — leading with integrity, listening with intention, and showing up where it matters most.
As Ward 3 Councilman in the City of Douglasville, Georgia, Devetrion is committed to families, youth, and local businesses. Before joining the City Council, he served for more than ten years on the Douglas County Board of Education, including serving as its Chair, where he helped oversee and manage a budget of more than $40 million.
He is also a proud business owner — the owner of The Kitchen Bar & Grill — and a hands-on community servant who believes leadership is measured by action, not titles. Whether reading to students, supporting small businesses, or organizing community giveaways, Devetrion stays close to the people he represents.
From classrooms to food drives to local storefronts, real service looks like consistent presence in the places people live, learn, and work.
Mentoring, reading, and connecting with students to invest in the next generation of Ward 3 leaders.
Organizing food drives and resource distributions that meet families where they are, when they need it.
Championing local entrepreneurs and the storefronts that give Ward 3 its character and its economy.
